General Sales Conditions

- The holiday rental proposal must always be confirmed by El Campello Rentals following the initial agreement by the client (prompt confirmation on your behalf will always avoid unnecessary delays).

- A front deposit, which amount is stipulated in our offer, will be necessary to confirm your reservation.

- If there is a delay in receipt of the deposit El Campello Rentals reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

- On the day of arrival, the client is obliged to sign a rental agreement. We will send you a copy of our rental agreement as soon as we get your data's.

- In High season, keys can be collected on the first day of the rental period at our office from 17h00 to 20h00 only by the person stipulated on the contract and has to be returned on the last day of the rental period always on or before 12h00. Off season, please make an appointment.

- In case of arrival or departure outside normal office opening hours (10h00-20h00), El Campello Rentals will charge €30 (€50 after midnight). We ask you to let us know with a proper notice when you expect to arrive at the office the day of your arrival in order to make an appointment.

- The total price of the rental period and the warranty deposit (stipulated in our offer) will be paid in cash or by bank transfer in advance (transfer cost at your charge), or by credit card(only Visa and Master card; + 1,5%).

Remark: concerning youth groups where the average age of the group is lower or equal to 30 years old, the warranty deposit will be doubled and can ONLY be paid by bank transfer in advance (transfer cost at your charge), or by credit card (only Visa and Master card; + 1,5%).

- The payment of the total price and the warranty deposit has to be done to receive the keys (in case of bank transfer, the amount has to be credited on our bank account in advance)
