The 90sqm villa offers one or 2 suites following your selected package, either for 2 or 4 people, a large open space room with kitchen, dining and lounge, a south facing terrace with private pool, a Northeast facing exterior bathroom and a West facing 35sqm wooden porch. Our Southeast double suite faces a 3m wide sliding window letting you enjoy the view to the private pool and the sea right from your bed. The sunrise will take birth right at your feet. (Blind shutters if needed) A private stylish shower room is at the back (large shower tub, toilet and lavabo) and a fully glazed door opens up to a lush exterior bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower. Do enjoy the sea and the colours of the sunset on the famous Puig Campana mountain from your bathtub! A Southeast spacious terrace facing the Mediterranean Sea holds a salt water pool with an underwater bench letting you enjoy the blue line from inside the pool. 2 sun chairs are at your disposal for your sun bathing. A grand West facing porch will be the ideal spot for your evening meals, equipped with a teak wooden table and comfy arm chairs, a stylish 18th century revamped canapé and a swinging hanging chair. The porch has a socket if you wish to work outside from your laptop. The day room is a bright and spacious open space, with a dining space, a fully fitted modern and stylish kitchen with centre island (no dishwasher) and a lounge facing the sea and the mountains. The lounge offers a chimney with a double side insert which lets you eventually enjoy the beauty of a running fire from the lounge and from the master bedroom! A second suite at the rear may be at your disposal following the selected package. Each bedroom offers a selection of bedlinen and towels, in addition to luxury mattresses and pillows (2 beds of 90/200 per room), together with eco-friendly wooden furniture. You will be able to stay informed about everything that happens outside this remote retreat, through a large Smart TV and a high-speed Wi-Fi network. Rare are the locations which bring you such an incredible look-out to the mountains, the sea and the lovely village at far. El Mirador is a fully energy self-sufficient property: energy saving consciousness is mostly required by all its occupants. Our waste water treatment plant allows a 0 soil contamination and water recuperation. You may reach El Mirador by car or by helicopter.
